Mutant Power(s):His primary power is the ability to envelop his body in fiery plasma without harm to himself, in which form he is able to fly by providing thrust behind himself with his own flame, and to generate powerful streams and/or balls of fire. He can also manipulate his flame in such a way as to shape it into rings and other forms. Even when not engulfed in flame himself, Storm has the ability to control any fire within his immediate range of vision, causing it to increase or decrease in intensity or to move in a pattern directed by his thoughts. Additionally, he is able to absorb fire/plasma into his body with no detrimental effects.

Riguel was among the Experiments...He immediately walked towards Virus, with his usual grin. "Long time no see, brother! I've got some improvements since we last met!" He says, as a blast of fire shoots out his hand, towards the ceiling, more or less a warning shot.

"Ha! Riguel is dead." He gets engulfed in flames(Like human torch XD) "But Burn notice has just been born!" He says, as he grabs Rhema's collar, slowly lifting him in the air.

"Son of a-" Burn notice says, as he releases Rhema, and tries to get the device off, but he can't...It's stuck!

(Awe, I was going to say 'no thanks, Ash...I've read your file' he says, shooting a ball of fire in ash's face.)

Riguel's electrocuted, he falls to the ground. Now on his hands and knees. "Still playing with toys I see...Well I've got a few of my own toys." Burn says, he puts both his hands out infront of him, as it slowly forms a rocket launcher made out of fire(LMFAO). He picks it up, as it starts to shoot balls of fire at the heroes, which exploded when they touched the ground. "WOOOH!" Burn says, as he shoots it.

Riguel nods, tossing the rocket launcher in BB's direction which explodes when it hits the ground. With that distraction, he runs out the metal door, which immediately locks behind him.

Backstory: The only woman Rhema ever loved...Killed by the evil Changeling Riaka. Their son lived on although...! Rhema trains his son harder than Roshi ever trained him, in Hopes his son will one day become strong enough to defeat Riaka...And maybe even Shinkai! (Cool, right? XD)

Riguel hid behind a rock, watching the battle, as he sees Ramaka not too far away(Where Shaz dropped him off at XD) "AH UNCLE!" Riguel shouts, as he quickly runs to Ramaka,and begins to bandage up what's left of his arm.

"But...but uncle I've come here to fight Shinkai, I've gotten really strong! Fathers been training me for this day!" Riguel says to Ramaka, determined to stay and fight.

Riguel jumps out from behind the rock "LEAVE HIM ALONE" Riguel screams, as he lands on the ground, right infront of Cargo and Shinkai

Riguel opens one eye and stares at his father, then scratches his head in boredom "So when do we catch fish" Riguel asks Rhema, trying to be still but keeps fidgeting.

"Wha-...WHAT HOURS WONT WE GET HUNGRY!?" Riguel shouts in fear at his father, standing up now, with both eyes open.

"GRR........This is for my mother!" Riguel shouts, as he launches himself towards Shinkai, aiming a powerful punch right at his face! He figured that was his best chance since he was well distracted with the namekian.

Riguel leaps back to the ground infront of Shinkai "take that you monster!" Riguel shouts, as he eyes Shinkai, thinking of all the horrible people he has hurt.

Riguel starts to mumble in his sleep, as he slowly wakes up, seeing a giant pink beam. He quickly jumps out of bed, beginning to scream. "What are you doing, Vint!?" Riguel asks, as he runs outside towards Vint.

Looks:Like a dwarf from lord of the rings, with a pony tail, and a short beard....Black hair, brown eyes, and he always wears a tuxedo.

Powers:Master of weaponry, power to breathe fire.

Backstory:For centuries he has hunted down dragon keepers, killing them one by one...He is the cause of most of their deaths including Rhema's parents.(If that's okay >:) ) But the eggs always seem to slip away from him. But not this time....For this time, he will finally get his wish.

Riguel was at Rhema's front door, he looked as if he was about to knock but then shaked his head with a smile. He blew a small flame from his mouth as the whole door burned down. He slowly started to walk inside, as he blew a ball of fire into one hand, and then into the other. He slowly started to lean down towards the ground, prepared to burn the whole house down to found the egg.

Riguel chuckles some, as he freezes for a moment. He puts his right hand in a gun formation as sort of a joke, as a tiny piece of the burning flames in his hand shoots towards the man, holding enough force to turn him into ash in just seconds! with his other hand still engulfed in flames, he touches the ground as fire begins to spread rapidly all over the house. Now he just needed to find the egg, since the 'dragon keeper' is defeated, or at least who he thought was the dragon keeper!
